Amazon, You Be Careful With Audible
When ever I embark on a long trip or as I like to call it, "My drive to work." I make sure I always have my i-Pod in hand. It is more important than my keys. Because nothing spells commuting hell like the radio in Dallas. I usually listen to my audio books on said i-pod. Audible makes that nice and affordable and I've read hundreds of books through this way.
However, Amazon has just purchased Audible.com for some amount of millions of dollars. And I don't want them to change a thing. I'd hate to see myself reduced to Dallas radio. Some people consider it a short coming that the i-pods have no radios, but i consider that a blessing.
